These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “T&C”) are between Ecoopex Consultancy LLP, an Indian Limited Liability Partnership (“Ecoopex.com”, “we”, or “the Company”), and the individual or entity (“you” or “Customer”) using Ecoopex.com’s website, services, or reports (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. The Platform

2.1 Description
Our Platform offers consultancy and advisory services, including reports and expert insights tailored to your needs.

2.2 Content Submission
You may provide your own requirements, or our team will generate solutions based on your provided input.

2.3 Medium Ownership
We do not own any third-party platforms. Our services are consultancy-based only.

2.4 Audience and Stats
We do not access client data unless shared. Any statistics provided are for review purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Publicity
We may use your name/logo for marketing or operational purposes unless you opt out in writing.

4. Use of Platform

4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us of any breaches.

4.2 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your submitted content. We use it only to deliver your requested services.

4.3 Payment and Refunds
All services require advance payment. Refunds are handled case-by-case, based on initial agreement terms.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

7. Payments

We accept payments in fiat (USD, INR, EUR) and cryptocurrencies.

7.1 Swift/BIC Restrictions
Payments from the following countries/regions will be returned to the sender (processing time: 3–10 business days):

• Africa: Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, DR Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan
• Americas: Cuba, Venezuela
• Asia: North Korea
• Europe: Belarus, Crimea, Russia, Serbia
• Middle East: Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen
